Project description:
The main objective of the investment project was the construction of a new railway siding, whose location enables the future construction of the power unit – the railway siding was moved to the maximum extent to the lake (separated by a strip of a greenery 30 m wide). In order to execute the task, it was necessary to build the entire siding infrastructure and remodel its elements, which collided with the future construction of the power unit. Within the scope of the investment, the existing railway siding of the total length of 4 415 km was dismantled; it served the power plant together with the adjacent infrastructure (control room, lighting and traction posts, road and railway crossing) and an old compressed air trestle bridge.
